Sakthi Classifieds is an online classified marketplace where registered Companies can post ads related to Jobs, Properties (PG, Rental Houses, Rental Offices), and various Services (Education, Tours, Electronics Repair, etc.), while Users can browse and express interest in these ads.

By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register as a Company, you must:

• 🔹 Be a legally registered business entity with a valid business name, address, and contact details.
• 🔹 Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable details during the registration process.
• 🔹 Ensure that the business details remain up-to-date, and any changes are updated in your profile immediately.

Each Company is permitted to create only one account, and sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited. Sakthi Classifieds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

2. Company Role & Platform Usage

As a Company, you are permitted to:

• ✅ Post ads related to Jobs, Properties (PG, Rental Houses, Rental Offices), and Services.
• ✅ Receive inquiries from Users regarding job openings, property rentals, or service listings.
• ✅ Communicate with Users through provided contact

However, Companies are strictly prohibited from:

• ❌ Posting fake or misleading job offers, rental listings, or services.
• ❌ Charging Users upfront fees for job applications, interviews, or rental agreements.
• ❌ Engaging in scams, deceptive practices, or fraudulent hiring schemes.
• ❌ Collecting Users’ personal data for unauthorized marketing or spam activities.
• ❌ Posting content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal.

Sakthi Classifieds is not responsible for any disputes, legal issues, or conflicts arising between Companies and Users.

3. Ad Posting Guidelines

Companies must ensure that all ads posted on Sakthi Classifieds adhere to the following guidelines:

• ✅ Ads must be clear, accurate, and relevant to the category selected.
• ✅ Job postings must specify job roles, qualifications, salary (if applicable), and contact details.
• ✅ Property rental ads must include proper location details, rental amount, and other terms.
• ✅ Service listings must clearly define the nature of services provided and any applicable charges.
• ✅ All content must be legal, ethical, and non-discriminatory.

Prohibited Ads:

• ❌ Fake or misleading job offers.
• ❌ Jobs requiring Users to pay registration or security deposits.
• ❌ Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), or get-rich-quick schemes.
• ❌ Unlicensed financial services or fraudulent investment opportunities.
• ❌ Offensive, sexually explicit, or hate-promoting content.

Sakthi Classifieds reserves the right to remove ads that violate these guidelines and may take action against repeated violations, including account suspension.

4. Communication & Interactions with Users

Companies can interact with Users through:

• 📞 Provided contact details – for direct communication with interested Users.

However, Companies must not:

• ❌ Send spam messages, promotional emails, or irrelevant offers to Users.
• ❌ Harass, intimidate, or threaten Users in any manner.
• ❌ Collect Users’ personal details for selling or marketing purposes.

Companies must handle User inquiries professionally and respectfully. Any complaints from Users regarding misconduct, harassment, or fraud may result in account suspension.Sakthi Classifieds is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or success of any interactions between Companies and Users.

5. Privacy, Security & Data Protection

Sakthi Classifieds is committed to protecting Company data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, Companies must:

• ✅ protect their login credentials and ensure account security.
• ✅ Not share or misuse User details obtained from inquiries.
• ✅ Immediately report suspicious activities or unauthorized access attempts to Sakthi Classifieds.

Sakthi Classifieds does not take responsibility for data misuse by third parties if Companies share their information outside the platform.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Sakthi Classifieds reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Company’s account under the following circumstances:

• 🚫 Violation of Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform.
• 🚫 Receiving multiple complaints from Users regarding misconduct.
• 🚫 Engaging in scams, spam, or deceptive hiring practices.
• 🚫 Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
• 🚫 Posting fraudulent or misleading ads repeatedly.

Once an account is terminated, the Company will not be allowed to re-register on the platform. Any attempt to create a new account using different credentials will be blocked.

7. Contact & Support

Sakthi Classifieds only provides an online platform for Companies to post ads and connect with Users. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the authenticity of ads posted by Companies.

Companies acknowledge that:

• 🔹 Sakthi Classifieds is not responsible for job offers, rental agreements, or service engagements.
• 🔹 Any disputes, financial losses, or legal issues arising between Companies and Users are solely the responsibility of the involved parties.
• 🔹 Sakthi Classifieds is not liable for any false information, fraud, or disputes resulting from Company activities on the platform.

Companies use the platform at their own risk and agree that Sakthi Classifieds is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from platform usage.

8. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Sakthi Classifieds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered Companies will be notified of significant changes through email or platform announcements.

Continued use of the platform after modifications means that Companies accept the updated Terms. It is the Company’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
